Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 2:00pm
Check-out: 10:00am
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Hi Surf requires a $250 security bond either by a pre-authorisation on a valid credit card.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Should your arrival be afterhours, please contact reception during our office hours to make arrangements for collection of your apartment keys.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late check-out is subject to availability. Fees may apply.

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Hi Surf offers free unlimited WiFi on all bookings.
Q: What facilities do you have?
Our facilities include:
- Heated indoor pool, spa & sauna

Q: Is there car parking available?
There is 1 x secure allocated car parking bay per apartment.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Hi Surf provides linen for your stay.
Pool towels are not provided however are available for hire from guest services for $5.00 each.
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
Our apartments are fully self-contained and are only serviced during your stay if your booking is for more than 7 nights.
Q: Is the pool heated?
Both our indoor and outdoor pools are heated for your convenience.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?
Surfers Paradise is a short 5 minute walk.
Broadbeach is located 3.2km from the resort and easily accessible by tram which is located at our doorstep.
Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
There is an array of shops, cafes and restaurants located within easy walking distance of Hi Surf.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?
The G-link tram is conveniently located at our doorstep and provides quick access to locations North and South. This also connects to Helensvale train station.

Q: How far away is the beach?
Hi Surf is located directly across from one of the worlds' most famous patrolled beaches.
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
There is a local supermarket & convenience store within a short walking distance from Hi Surf.
Q: Do you accept Schoolies bookings?
Hi Surf does not accept schoolies bookings.
We have a strict no schoolies policy.
Any guest arriving whom we deem to be schoolies, will be turned away and no refund will be given.
